Our day starts early. Someone opens the day’s orders and reads each one slowly, because behind every order number is a person waiting for something: a gift, a replacement for what broke, a small thing that makes home a little easier.

Then the phones light up. One of us calls to check your address and asks, “When is a good time for you?” It takes two minutes, and it saves you a missed delivery and a wasted trip.

Before a parcel leaves, someone gives it a last look: the right item, the right address, the right colour. We do it the way we would for our own families.

Then it is in the courier’s hands, and the part we like best begins: a knock on the door, a smile, and a parcel you can see for yourself.

For us, success is not a big number. It is a customer who opens the door, likes what is inside, comes back, and tells a friend.
