Privacy Policy

Ayatop runs ayatop.com and is based in Canada. This page explains what we do with your personal information when you shop with us or write to us.

We kept it short on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us at contact.msakash@gmail.com.

We only collect what we need to run your order and answer your questions.

• Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address and the items you ordered.
• Contact details: your e-mail address and the messages you send us (form, e-mail or WhatsApp).
• Account details, if you create an account: your e-mail address and a password, which we store in protected form.
• Technical details: your IP address, browser and the pages you visit. Every website records this.
• Payments: you pay cash on delivery, so we collect no card or bank details.

We use your information to:

• prepare and deliver your order;
• call or message you (including on WhatsApp) to confirm your order, address and delivery time;
• answer your questions and handle returns and refunds;
• protect the store from fraud and failed deliveries;
• keep the accounting records the law requires;
• send you offers, but only if you agreed. You can stop them at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who need it to deliver your order, and only what they need:

• Suppliers and fulfilment partners: your name, address, phone number, the items, and the amount to collect on delivery. We do not allow them to use it for their own marketing.
• Couriers: the same delivery details, to bring you the parcel and collect payment.
• Services we rely on: website hosting, e-mail and customer-support tools, and WhatsApp (run by Meta) when you message us there.
• Authorities, when the law requires it (for example customs on international parcels).

Some suppliers and couriers are in other countries, so your information may be handled outside the country where you live. We ask them to protect it and use it only to complete your order.

We use the cookies the store needs to work: your cart, your language and your login.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The cart may not work properly without them.

We keep your information as long as we need it to deliver your order and deal with returns or complaints, and as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

We protect it with an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and by limiting access to the people on our team who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.

You can ask us at any time to:

• show you the information we hold about you, or send you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information, unless the law says we must keep it;
• stop using it for a purpose you object to, or withdraw your consent;
• stop sending you marketing messages.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California, Canada, Saudi Arabia or the UAE) the law may give you more rights, and we respect them. You can also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.

Our store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If the change is important, we will say so clearly on the website.
